I know what it feels like...

I want you to know that I've been there too and have felt just as helpless through  most of my growing up years. I have experienced intense anxiety and emotional distress in trying to figure out my relationships and career. For the longest time I didn't know how to nourish and maintain my mental health.

Over the years I have realized that taking time out to work on my mental health has improved my overall experience of life. I believe that each one of us is equipped with the power to build a better self. I want you to know that I'm here to listen to you and understand you. I will facilitate a collaborative space where you will be able to find comfort, reassurance and resolution.

What we think, we become.

My Story 1

We all face challenges from time to time across different areas of our lives. It could be at work, within our families, friends circles, and within our minds. Our thoughts, beliefs and emotions have a direct impact on how we view a situation. A lack of proper emotional awareness and support can wreak havoc and have a domino effect in our day to day functioning.

Building resilience through mindfulness.

We are creatures of habit. We are what we repeatedly think about and do. All of our perceptions, ideologies and reactions are largely based on pattern of thought we have been unconsciously practicing over the years.

 

However, with deliberation we can identify unhelpful thought patterns, craft new ones and learn how to respond intentionally rather than react impulsively.

Reconnect with yourself.

Life can be messy and hard to figure out. I will help you address challenging patters and behaviors in a safe confidential space. Together we can create a template for engaging with yourself and others in a healthy manner.
